Liberty Lutheran (LL), and the Lutheran Community at Telford (LCT), a continuing care retirement community, announced their new partnership with Liberty at Home, a home health care agency of Liberty’s family of services.
The new LL and LCT partnership will extend the excellent reputation and quality services Liberty at Home is currently known for to the independent living and personal care residents living at the Telford Community and to people living in the surrounding communities of the Bucks and Upper Montgomery County areas. Licensed nurses and therapists, as well as certified nursing assistants are trained to recognize the unique needs of each person and provide the appropriate care and support to individuals and family members.
